Our Vision and Goals

At The Advisory Forum - Takamul, we are an independent Palestinian association rooted in strong community ties to support, empower, and enable female members of local councils in their leadership roles through active engagement, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of experiences. We aim to foster a society that values and supports active female participation in local developmental bodies. Our Vision A society that embraces and supports the active presence of women in local governance, empowering them to contribute to decision-making and community development. Our Strategic Goals Strengthening active female participation in local governance by enhancing the legal and institutional environment to support and protect women’s involvement. Expanding opportunities for capacity building for women in managing and leading local government bodies. Ensuring the sustainability of the forum to maintain its role as a connecting platform for female council members and a coordinator for their collective efforts.
